Our Consulting Services
NICE consulting services focuses on working with schools that need to become National School Lunch Program sponsors, authoring bids, or require regulatory oversight and assistance. NICE offers operational assessments in an effort to improve organizational performance and meal program reputation. NICE also partners with schools looking for additional training, enhanced marketing, implementation of Farm-to-School programs, and creation of branded concepts
Our Culinary Services
The culinary division of NICE, Wolfpack Culinary, focuses on culinary support for schools including; culinary training, plate presentation, effective use of USDA commodities, the lost art of baking, integrating locally sourced items onto the menu, and developing products in line with current trends
Wolfpack Culinary also facilitates recipe development, trade show support, ideation, and on-call corporate chef services for the food manufacturing and broker community
